Sweet0-2 ReMinDThe first round of the playoff just ended, with the favorites Grubby, ToD and Lucifer advancing. In the dark player area the créme de la créme fought with all their strength. Grubby's match against ReiGn ended pretty fast, taking him down 2-0. Grubby looks very strong and is no doubt the favorite to win this.
ToD played a very tight series against ShowBu. They sat face to face, with the Koreans standing behind ShowBu and the Europeans with ToD. The French Human player won the third game, after being put on the pressure button when losing on Turtle Rock.
The devil within Lucifer held nothing back when playing against SaSe. The second game he played Orc, as it was played on Lost Temple. SaSe will now fight in the Loser Bracket, as Lucifer won 2-0.
Last but not least, it was the battle of the Koreans. Sweet, former member of SK and current member of Beijing Esports Team was the favorite, looking at the GosuBet 67% thought Sweet was going to win. But ReMinD gave Sweet quite some trouble. The second game was played on Twisted Meadows, where ShowBu took down the Undead star. In anger, Sweet slams his mouse to the table and quickly stands up. On the other side, ReMinD receives pats on the back by his manager Reis.
