A change in his twitter handle and on-stream confirmation indicated that Revival has Evil Geniuses.

One year after he was signed, Revival will part ways with the American Organization. The Korean Zerg was acquired on 10 December 2012 in order to strengthen team's Proleague roster but now that EG will not participate in KeSPA's tournament, his release makes sense to some extent.

Despite his lackluster results in the last Proleague season and a 33% win rate with 8-16 in games, Revival did well in individual tournaments this year. In June, the Korean placed second behind HerO in WCS America Season 1 while July brought him the $10,000 first place prize of IEM Shanghai.

Outside those two tournaments, however, Revival has been underperforming, failing to make the playoffs of the other tournaments he attended, namely WCS America seasons two and three, the WCS Season 1 finals and IEM New York. Official statement from Evil Geniuses or Revival himself is still lacking.
