WCS America's Challenger League continued last night with Group B. We saw Sage, Snute Xy and Suppy fight it out for a chance to requalify for the Premier League.   Back before Code A was reformed, during the age of GomTvT, Sage was one of a new generation of Protoss players, along with Oz and JYP, who formed the new school of Protoss play. Dynamic and stylish, they were a much needed counterpoint to the stagnating school of MC. But Sage didn't make it big, at least not as big as Oz and JYP, who went on to join Fnatic and EG respectively. Oz eventually joined JYP as part of the Evil Genius roster, taking part in Proleague, while Sage languished in Europe.    Sage been a long way from home, but WCS America may yet prove to be a ripe opportunity. His 2-0 finish was a 4 - 1 in map score, losing only one map against Suppy. Sage's PvZ, at least, seems solid enough for WCS America. We'll be able to say more when we see him in action this next season of the Premiere League. For now, we let his achievement speak for itself.   Less glorious is the return of Snute, who having been knocked out in the round of 32 last season, must now suffer an elimination from the event altogether. He will requalify.   Suppy on the other hand must be counting himself lucky to have a met a Snute playing at less than peak performance. Both players are formidable Zergs, as foreigners go, and on any other day they'd go neck and neck, with Snute perhaps winning out. Not this time. Suppy will be joining Sage in the Premiere League with a strained 5-4 in map score.   The Challenger League will continue tonight at 00:00 CET with Group C, in which the Peruvian MajOr will take on Heart and Alicia.
