Acer's TeamStory Cup approaches it's end and in three weeks' time it will crown its first champion. $20,000 are on the line for the four teams which manage to survive the group stage.

As of today, MVP is the only team certain to advance to the playoffs stage with Millenium, Liquid and Acer completing the current top four. Still in the race are also Mousesports, Axiom and Quantic Gaming and with a certainty of elimination are ROOT Gaming and the disbanded Karont3.

Three more matches are left before the completion of the 18-week regular season after which the top four will be flown to Krefeld for the offline playoffs. Take and his sponsors have lined up a total of $20,000 in prize pool ($10,000 for the cup holder) and on August 17-18, sandwitched between the WCS regional finals super weekend and the WCS Season 2 finals at Gamescom a champion will be crowned.
