Snute stands Training Grounds #2 champion after seven maps

Jens "Snute" Aasgaard took down EG's Chris "HuK" Loranger at the end of the tournament and takes home close to $4,000. inheriting the throne from StarTale's Golden.
After two days of group stage play, Snute emerged as the leader in Group A and went on to play Group B runner-up and former Code S champion NesTea in the round of four of playoffs. Considered to be the favorite in the match-up, the Norwegian gave up but one map to the Korean and advanced on with a 3-1.
It was EG's HuK who met him in the grand final. The Protoss had dealt the same loss to Snute team-mate TLO in the semi finals and was looking forward to scoring his first gold medal in many months.
The series did not develop to HuK's liking and four maps into the grand final, Snute was up 3-1, one game away from cup. Much to viewers' surprise, the Canadian managed to pull it together, score back-to-back victories and push the series into a game seven. Only there was Snute finally able to put a happy ending to his strong opening and snatched the Bo7 under HuK's nose to grab the $3,200 first place prize plus additional $600 for his six map wins during the group stage.
