From 21 different teams spanning 14 different countries, there are 50 players trying to capture the first place spot which will net them $50,000 USD. Though it won't be an easy road, as each group has a clear favorite or two, looking closer you can see that there are a lot of potential upsets.

Every match will be re-broadcast for Europeans the following day at 19:00CET

Division 1 Week TwoApril 20th 2011 - 9:00PM EST
1. FnaticMSI.Fenix 2-1 Grubby
2. mouz.MorroW2-1 TLAF-Liquid'TLO
3. FOX_Moon 2-0 SixJax.ViBE
4. ST_RainBOw1-2 FXO.Sheth
5. SixJax.Artosis 0-2 ROOT.KiWiKaKi

Micro and Slasher (of MLG) Predictions
1. Fenix played an awesome series last week against KiWi, while Grubby had the chance to take down Moon and failed. With how strong the Peruvian player did, it's reasonable to assume Fenix will 2-0 his second Protoss.
Slasher - 2-0 Fenix

2. Both of these players are coming off of a 2-0 win against each other's race. TLO rolled over ViBE, while MorroW showed that if the Koreans want to succeed in the NASL, they won't get by easily. Based on last week's play, and that these two will soon be living together, I'll give it to TLO in a 2-1 victory. Although the TL players have been slumping, this will start to turn around.
Slasher - 2-1 MorroW

3. This one has a lot of interesting properties to it, as ZvZ is constantly changing based on the maps and the APM of the players. Moon is currently 5-0 in ZvZ in major tournaments, while ViBE is 3-14. As much as I'd love to cheer on a North American player, Moon will take this series 2-1.
Slasher - 2-0 Moon

4. After the cries of nerds everywhere last week as Sheth took down half the casting Archon, he's looking to show why he constantly fights IdrA for #1 on the NA ladder. And although someone like RainBOw can never be called an easy opponent, based on RainBOw's play last week and how hot Sheth is right now, I give it 2-0 for the American.
Slasher - 2-1 Sheth

5. I'm not sure how many people can side with Artosis in this series, as KiWiKaKi has not only made it to an MLG finals twice, but in both cases played amazing PvP games. KiWiKaKi will take the series 2-0; not much more to say other than Artosis needs more games under his belt.
Slasher - 2-0 KiWi

Division 2 Week TwoApril 21st 2011 - 9:00PM EST
1. FnaticMSI.TT12-0 FXOqxc
2. aTn.DarKFoRcE 2-1 CN!MoMaN
3. White-Ra2-1 dignitas.SjoW
4. coL.CrunCher1-2 EGIncontroL
5. ST_July 0-2 oGsEnsnare

Micro and Slasher (of MLG) Predictions
1. qxc has been shocking a lot of people lately, with his performance in the TSL and the loss to MoMaN last week making him seem human once again. TTOne, on the other hand, always seems to be at the top of his game, going to Korea for the GSL WC last week. However, with the record between these two at 4-1 for qxc, I think he has this series 2-1.
Slasher - 2-1 TTOne

2. Both of these players have an almost identical ZvZ record hovering at around 50 percent. DarKFoRcE was taken down by the Zerg destroyer CrunCher last week, while MoMaN destroyed qxc in his series. These two haven't played much against each other, but MoMaN should get his second victory this week, 2-0.
Slasher - 2-0 DarKFoRcE

3. Sadly, one of the most beloved Protoss players, White-Ra, had a W/O loss last week because of DreamHack. SjoW was at the same event but managed to play his game in time. Based on seeing White-Ra destroy Jinro at DH and his dominance as of late, he ought to take the series 2-0.
Slasher - 2-1 SjoW

4. A long time ago, in something called the SCL, these two faced off. It was days before Cruncher became a well-known SC2 player. He had the victory at the time, but things have changed, and IncontroL has shown that he is both a top North American Protoss and wants to keep it that way. Revenge for his past loss and for his team mate from the TSL will be sweet as IncontroL takes it 2-0.
Slasher - 2-0 Cruncher

5. The final Thursday match will pit two Koreans against each other for the first time in the NASL. July has been strong as of late, making it to a GSL finals and showing that being aggressive can sometimes pay off. Ensnare, on the other hand, was taken down by IncontroL last week, and is looking to rebound so as not to be 0-2. Ensnare will win the series 2-1: he'll just CC wall off.
Slasher - 2-0 July

Division 3 Week TwoApril 22nd 2011 - 9:00PM EST
1. ROOTSlush2-1 TLAF-Liquid`Haypro
2. FXOmOOnGLaDe 0-2 oGs.NaDa
3. SixJax.dde 2-0 EGAxslav
4. FnaticMSI.KawaiiRice 0-2 dignitas.NaNiwa
5. ST_Squirtle0-2 mouz.Strelok

Micro and Slasher (of MLG) Predictions
1. If there's one thing that people say about Haypro, it's that he hasn't had the chance to show his true skill. He was taken down by KR last week, and Slush won't be someone to overlook. Though these two players have met once before with Haypro coming out on top, he'll be training hard to come out on top again, 2-1.
Slasher - 2-1 Slush

2. Last week NaDa was almost taken down by dde in an amazing TvT series, while mOOnGLaDe was taken out by Slush in a close series. The Aussie will be looking to tie up his record to 1-1, but NaDa doesn't have the best TvZ record. Strangely enough, I think mOOnGLaDe will take the series 2-0.
Slasher - 2-1 NaDa

3. I've spoken to dde about his match last week, and even he said that he's going to have to do something amazing to make people forget. He'll start by aiming to defeat Axslav, who lost a close PvP last week to Squirtle. Both players are 0-1 to start, but dde will get his first victory of the season 2-0.
Slasher - 2-1 Axslav

4. This is one of those matches that people who follow both the EU and NA scene closely are dying to see. KawaiiRice is always an interesting Terran to watch, but many will be eyeing NaNiWa after his dominant play as of late. Your view on the prospective winner will probably differ depending on where you are in the world, but I'm giving it to NaNiWa 2-1 as he can practice with SeleCT and SjoW all day for this series.
Slasher - 2-0 NaNiWa

5. The final Friday match will see an absolute beast of a Terran Strelok taking on the foreign Terran destroyer Squirtle. If you think back to IEM and the mass series between Squirtle and SjoW, it may blind you to this series. With Strelok's recent loss in the TSL, Squirtle is just looking too strong and will end the night in a quick 2-0.
Slasher - 2-0 Squirtle

Division 4 Week TwoApril 23rd 2011 - 9:00PM EST
1. ESC.GoOdy 1-2 mouz.HasuObs
2. BRAT_OK 1-2 EGMachine
3. dignitas.SeleCT 2-0 ROOTCatZ
4. coL.Stalife 0-2 ST_Ace
5. TLAF-Liquid`Ret 2-0 oGs.MC

Micro and Slasher (of MLG) Predictions
1. Both GoOdy and HasuObs are going to be looking for revenge this week, as both were 2-0'd last week. While GoOdy is known to be the ultimate turtle Terran, people are starting to find cracks in his shell. Not only that but in 23 games against Hasu, he's won only 8 times. HasuObs, off of his recent UGC victory, won't taste defeat this week and will win 2-1.
Slasher - 2-1 HasuObs

2. We didn't get the chance to see BRAT_OK play last week, as MC's plane was delayed. Machine felt a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Stalife, which shocked a lot of EG fans. I hate to say it, but as good as Machine is with IdrA in house, he will not get a win this week. BRAT_OK will take it 2-1.
Slasher - 2-0 BRAT_OK

3. SeleCT is always a player that people will be afraid to play. His mechanics and skill are top notch, and he plays a consistent style. CatZ, on the other hand, quickly tore GoOdy apart with his unorthodox style, which can catch anyone off guard. CatZ will continue his Terran dominance with another 2-0.
Slasher - 2-0 SeleCT

4. Last week Ace took Ret out in two games, while Stalife took out one of EG's ringers. Stalife's style may catch Ace off guard, as his Medivacs don't on heal during battles, and he was invited to the NASL for a reason. Despite all that, I think Ace will take the series 2-1 over the Canadian.
Slasher - 2-0 Ace

5. The final match of the day will pit two former housemates against each other. Ret is looking for revenge after his loss to a Protoss last week, while MC hopes not to be delayed again during his plane flight. If this match does happen, I have the feeling that Ret will just be at the start of his MLG Columbus training, and thus be unprepared for MC's style. MC will take it 2-0.
Slasher - 2-1 MC

Division 5 Week TwoApril 24th 2011 - 9:00PM EST
1. TLAF-Liquid`Tyler2-0 ROOTdrewbie
2. LGPainUser 1-2 aTn.Socke
3. oGs.Zenio 2-0 mouz.MaNa
4. EGIdrA 2-0 MYM.Cloud
5. FnaticMSI.SEn1-2 SlayerS_BoxeR

Micro and Slasher (of MLG) Predictions
1. Sunday night will end in style, as the group of death gets its second round of play. Tyler will be looking to rebound off of his loss last week to MaNa, and drewbie is looking to get the stars out of his eyes after the 1-2 loss to Boxer. Both players are looking to turn things around. They met last year at MLG Dallas with Tyler coming out on top 2-1, and it's going to happen again.
Slasher - 2-1 drewbie

2. PainUser looked amazing in game 2 last week, but games 1 and 3 showed a bit of shakiness. Socke had a great series against IdrA, defeating the latter with a multi-pronged harass style. The two haven't played on a big stage against each other, but PainUser is the Euro-killer from previous MLGs. Socke is going to show that his 6th place MLG finish was meant to be, with 2-0 for the German.
Slasher - 2-1 Socke

3. If you've ever seen MaNa play before, you'll know that he doesn't favor Colossi in PvZ. Zenio has been destroying foreign Protoss in almost every match he's played. I haven't had the chance to see MaNa's play with the recent loss of the amulet, but I have faith in the Polish player. MaNa will give Zenio his second loss as well as his second sweep, 2-0!
Slasher - 2-1 MaNa

4. Since IdrA has come back to the States, he's been streaming a lot more, and re-confirming his status as a top Zerg. ClouD has always looked like a strong player in every series he enters, with an amazing TvZ record. Only one of these players can get their second win, but I think it'll be ClouD, 2-1.
Slasher - 2-0 IdrA

5. The second week will end with a rematch from the TSL that made some cry tears of joy, and others sorrow. Boxer came out on top 3-2 in that series against SEn and will be looking to repeat the victory. If you watched that series, however, you want this re-match as much as SEn does. SEn will get his revenge, adapting to the new Zerg style in a 2-1 victory to end the week.
Slasher - 2-1 SEn

That's it for the second week of the NASL, and I hope that my predictions do better this time, as last week's didn't even reach 50% accuracy.
