The Hatchery Bug - a controversy for quite a long time. Currently a well-known and very unpopular bug in our favourite game StarCraft. But Blizzard promises an amendment as they just told in an interview with FighterForum.

Not only during WWI-tournament Blizzard, particularly a few of their employees discussing the game bug with slightly drunken StarCraft players such as Fisheye and Eriador, has been confronted with the Hatchery Bug which causes StarCraft to crash. In a very recent interview with a Blizzard representative FighterForum.com got the chance to ask him a few questions. One matter of the interview is the amendment of the Hatchery Bug. Quote of the Blizzard representative :

"Blizzard has had plans to fix the Hatchery Bug. We plan on fixing the bug entirely before the Starcraft Tournament of the best teams (Guessing this is Sandlot), and release a newpatch.".

After the minor balance improvments of maps in Warcraft 3, we think it's safest for balance to be achieved through changes in the maps. Among the top gamers, producing new balance patches will have considerable risks. There's even a chance that the balance in the game may crash down. However, making the game balance is one of our goals."
Surely great news for whole StarCraft scene as it shows that Blizzard still cares for our beloved game. An official date has not been set yet for the patch, but the Blizzard representative announced that it will be finnished before the start of the Tournament of the Best teams (most likely Sandlot).
