Some have noticed it; many have not. Yet the database which is keeping track of many gamers have since last month also been keeping track of something else; their statistics! GosuGamers present the rankings for September - 100% non-Korean.
Results are based on matches included in GosuBet. Each match belongs to an event and events are rated differently on a scale from 0-2, which is the koefficient that the ELO ladder system is being multiplied with. As an example, let's go back to the GGL finals between Breakdown and Assem. This event was rated as 1.5 and thus gave Assem 37 points for the win (both starting with 1000 in rating means he gains 25x1.5 = 37). Other events are ranked lower and therefore give a lower rating de- or increasement.

Since these statistics were created, some updates have already taken place. You can always see the latest by clicking "Gosu Gamers Database" in the main menu. Notice that the database also includes information about the gamers and that it is constantly expanding.
Next month we will be able to add indicators to display how many rankings a specific gamer has climbed or dropped since last month. Also please notice that these rankings are based on a very low amount of games and needs some time to stabalize.
