There are many bugs, pretty bugs, ugly bugs, easy to reproduce bugs and hard to execture bugs. Among my favorites are the amazing flying templars closely followed by the sneaky cloaked lurkers. Then there are the bugs that can be the cause of serious abuse but more often than not, the bug itself will have not abuse possilities and their only merit is being able to change reality and impress a newbie. Fortunately most are either very hard to execute orthey are hard to explain.
Today's bug can potentially be abused thus it makes the news. I will keep for the momment its execution a secret but as I always insist, one can not stop knowledge and moreover trying to do so is futile. As I write this deathknight the Glitch Master is writing a small guide on "how to" exectue this bug. Fortunately again, the good thing about all bugs is that they are smurf proof. Meaning if you abuse a bug, your opponent will always find out in the end, limiting thus their abuse.
I may or may not add an update to this bug. If I do not, you will be able to find the information you want in » The Glitch Factor, deathknight's personal site where he hosts the latest version of his Starcraft Glitch Guide. Personally I think Blizzard should offer him a job as a beta game tester. He must of have come up easily with more than one hundred Starcraft gltiches himself.
To answer some questions in the replies:
"It is definitively a bug/gltich. Yes you can keep them stacked for the whole game and move the group of units stacked as long as you feel like it. And the glitch is not hard to execute, but rather easy (hard to explain though). It abuse potential is versus terran."
Deathknight's reply
I'll clear up any confusion.
seems time consuming to execute it.
It is not time consuming at all. It takes about two seconds to stack 12 units.
I don't see a bug here, of cause they are stacked for a moment..
well this wasn't really a new bug...and they don't stay stacked when you UNburrow them...
They are stacked AND unburrowed forever, and you have complete control over them. They will remain stacked when you move them. Any other units can walk over them.
This tends to happen to me with my lurkers sometimes..
(I've actually done it without meaning to a couple of times)
I highly doubt that. This bug is very complex.
Remember SCV stack bug? Stacked units = focused attack = lethal. But I think this bug won't be that effective, there's some easy counters to it.
You're calling limited stacked SCVs lethal and UNlimited stacked hydras useless?

A new bug that permits you to stack any zerg unit that can burrow. It is easy to execute and it has the potential for serious abuse. Protoss however will find this bug most enjoyable as it makes their storms all the more efficient.
