The War for Europe Loser Bracket Finals was played yesterday. It stood between Germany and Poland. They faced eachother in the Winner Bracket Round 2, where Poland was defeatedwith 3-4. This time, they sought revenge.



Poland seeemd well prepared and was surely strengthened after winning UGL Nation Wars Cup, as they went up against Germany in the Loser Bracket finals of War for Europe, the WGTour Nation Cup. Poland was eager to win this, as they were defeated by Germany in the Winner Bracket early on in the cup. Then they lost in a very tight match, ending 4-3 in favour for the Germans.

One match had been played earlier, where Avernum beat his clanmate Mondragon with 2-0 in two very quick games which together took about 9 (!) minutes. The old friends Draco and FiSheYe played a close match ending 2-1, in favour for Draco. Overall Poland seemed like the stronger team, and could win all the matches except for one 2on2 match and Goody's match against Tomson.
