There were four serious teams yet to qualify for PAX West, and barring any crazy upsets, two of them would qualify here. Which ones punched their ticket to Seattle next month?

Qualification Match #1: Vox Nihili vs. Astral Authority

Equinox is back for Astral Authority after retiring earlier this season, which is great news for a team which struggled mightily at Burbank without him.  Vox Nihili, meanwhile, struggled mightily against a team called Imported Support, barely winning game 3 after being behind for most of the game.  This is in stark contrast to their surprisingly strong play at Burbank earlier this month.

Vox Nihili started off the series with a bang, jumping out to an 18-3 kill lead and a 3 level advantage.  Then they made a fateful call to go for the core with the level 20 advantage, even though all 5 members of Astral Authority were up and wiped at 3%.  Astral Authority then went across the map and won a game they had no business winning.  If Vox Nihili doesn't end up qualifying, they are going to remember that game.  Vox Nihili did rebound and win game 2, but they decisively lost game 3, resulting in Astral Authority qualifying for PAX West.

Qualification Match #2: Dumpster Tier Failures vs. Team Name Change

Dumpster Tier Failures has the three ex-Brain Power members of Gul'DansGame, which is no more after their disappointing results in the first regional at Burbank.  While this team currently doesn't look like they have what it takes to qualify for Blizzcon, they certainly had enough to beat Team Name Change, which they defeated comfortably in both games to qualify for PAX West.
