This is not a new movie, but as » BWNorge.net wrote a newspost about, it caught my eye. I have never seen this movie before about the Norwegian player called Slayer who travels to Korea to participate in KBK, a huge ladder played online, and then the crew behind KBK invites the players to participate in the playoffs. The tournament is called StarCraft Masters 2000, where "the best of the best" are participating.

His real name is Fredrik Østervold, and you get to see things like Slayer's first IRL meeting with Maynard who shows up at some sort of PC bang where they talk about the life of a pro gamer. The movie is 30 minutes long, and it is in AVI format. It weighs 169 MB, and it was uploaded by a guy called ironass.

The movie contains "lessons" from Sven, another Norwegian BW-player. These lessons tell the basics of StarCraft, to get the "non-StarCrafters" to understand what the game is about.

In the final, Slayer (Hasu Lurker) faces a guy called Ilovestar, in a TvZ. He wins the game, and the check for 100.000kr (Norwegian). The movie is really good for those of you who don't have a clue on what it's like down there. Too bad it isn't subtitled, though.
