Three days ago, Playerunknown's Battlegrounds have released its first patch in Xbox, under the Game Preview program, after its launch last week. The first patch was described as a 'first pass' at visual and performance improvements, along with 'slightly improved' anti-aliasing.
Today, at 1AM PST, they will deploy the second patch in Xbox, just after a day of PUBG's PC 1.0 launch.
Continued performance optimizations is the patch's main concern, as Xbox players continues to gain frame-rate drops throughout the game. The tuning range for the general sensitivity is a problem for Xbox players; the option has been expanded and fixed as well. Furthermore, they focused on the quality of life fixes, i.e. reducing the weapon recoil for Xbox only.
The team said in the PUBG forum that they will continue to evaluate areas for improvement, whether its client and server optimizations or monitoring the current “Car Meta”.
Meanwhile, we are encouraging the players to comment down their thoughts about the current "Car Meta".
