Yet another one of Korea's top teams makes some roster changes this offseason as KT Rolster shuffles the core of their players.

KT Rolster was one of Korea's rock solid teams last season. Finishing second in the LCK Summer Playoffs, only losing to their domestic rivals and eventual World Champions SKT T1 in the finals, the team made a deep run at Worlds as well despite coming short against KOO Tigers (now just Tigers) in the semi-finals.

Now, with the news of SKT T1 losing some of its members, their fellow Korean titan team has followed suit, announcing the release of their Mid Laner Kim "Nagne" Sang-moon and both of their Supports, Lee "Piccaboo" Jong-Beom and Jung "Fixer" Jae-woo. During Worlds, Nagne was targeted as one of the few weak points in the roster of KT Rolster and abused heavily by his competitiion. He has stated in Korean news that he plans to take some time off from professional play.

As one of the top Support players in the world, Piccaboo was a high point in KT's team last season. His leadership, shotcalling, and aggressive roaming were credited as main reasons for the team's success, which makes his departure an unexpected development to say the least. It has been rumored that he plans to travel abroad to brings his skills to another region.

Despite losing these players, KT Rolster does not lose out as heavily as people might assume. To replace the players lost and round out their 2016 roster, the team has reportedly signed Mid Laner Song "Fly" Young-jun and Support Lee "IgNar" Dong-geun. Formerly of Jin Air, Fly returns to Korea after playing for the Chinese LSPL team Young Glory, marking the first player to return from the "Korean Exodus" of 2014. IgNar was the rookie Support of Longzhu IM and demonstrated a potential to match the skills and ability of Piccaboo. It will remain to be seen if KT Rolster can continute to thrive in the LCK with their new roster.
