In what most would suspect would not be such a close matchup, NaJin emFire put up an incredible fight against Korea's strongest organization.

The first game between the two organizations ended up being SKT T1 S vs. what used to be the most primary representative of the organization but recently surpassed by their sister team, NaJin Black Sword.  In this game, SKT T1 S would show why they are deserving of their praise in being a top 5 team and not far off from their brother team, but did not prevail as strongly as NaJin Black Sword, who showed off their true potential in their game today with PraY's tantalizing and destructive Twitch play.

Following that game would be the epic showdown between SKT T1 K and NaJin White Shield.  With both teams sporting all-or-nothing team compositions to support their strategy, it came to more crisp execution. GGoong came into the series showing he is perhaps one of the world's best Nidalees, applying a lot of pressure and securing a huge early game lead on SKT T1 K.

In both series', NaJin White Shield gave some of the closest games SKT T1 K have had to cope with since their 3-0 over KT Rolster Bullets in the previous grand finals.  Coming down to base races and minions dubbed as "winions" in the set, SKT T1 K showed a more commanding, established strategy in the late game and were able to pull threw, 2-0ing them and leaving NaJin's only victory in the hands of Black Sword.
