In the wake of the Xenics teams disbanding, No "Arrow" Dong-hyeon is quickly snatched up by KT Rolster Arrows.
The inevitable puns aside, No "Arrow" Dong-hyeon performed brilliantly in the recent group stage of Champions Winter. Xenics Storm took the first 2-0 of their group against Jin Air Greenwings Falcons and never failed to do anything less than split even in the remaining best of twos. They escaped Group D in first, defeating CJ Entus Frost, long time Champions favorites, in the tie-breaker. Then, in the brackets, they fought Najin White Shield in very close scrapes and managed to take a game off the team before falling into NLB and placing fourth.
With their surprising success, many saw a bright future for the Xenics Storm team, but then multiple members left, including the extremely successful bottom lane duo of Arrow and Lee "Piccaboo" Jong-beom. Though it is still unclear as to why the players left, some speculate that monetary compensation was an issue. After mid laner Shin "Coco" Jin-yeong was picked up by CJ Entus Frost, it seemed certain that Arrow and Piccaboo would also find new teams.
Citing bottom lane difficulties, KT Rolster Arrows have announced their decision to replace Baek "Clown" Seung-min with Arrow in the AD carry position. The organization stated they were impressed by Arrow's performance and wide champion pool, and they feel he carried Xenics Storm to the Round of Eight in Champions Winter. This new acquisition, along with rumors that Lee "KaKAO" Byung-kwon has stepped into the jungle position, might give the Arrows the firepower necessary to compete in Champions in the Spring.
KT Rolster Arrows:
Kim "ssumday" Chan-ho - Top
Lee "KaKAO" Byung-kwon - Jungle (unconfirmed)
Song "Rookie" Eui-jin - Mid
No "Arrow" Dong-hyeon - ADC
Ha "Hachani" Seung-chan - Support
