Riot released the Patch 3.8 Preview.
Patch 3.8 will bring the eagerly anticipated jungle changes - All jungle camps will spawn at 1.55 simultaneously and the experience from the lizard and golem will be increased, and some respawn timers have lowered. With the spawning time for all camps aligned with the spawning of the buff camps, the advantage of the double golems on blue side will be gone, which will lead to fair start for both teams in the bottom lane.
Hecarim is getting a few tweaks to his ultimate and Devastating Charge spells; Kha'Zix gets his Taste Their Fear and Void Spikes mechanics changed.
Last, but not least, the price on Doran's items and on Boots of Speed have been changed so that players may buy additional items at the beginning of the game. A few other items were also tweaked to better fit the current meta.
