Blizzard and GosuGamers have teamed up to provide the ultimate Heroes of the Storm power rankings guide bi-weekly. These rankings keep you updated on the top teams in Heroes eSports from thelast two weeks.
The EU mainstays Team Liquid continues to slowly rise where as Naventic's recent losses against Team Blaze has put them on the back slide. Their Team Blaze has had the most dramatic climb this week, jumping three places with their strong performance during Enter the Storm NA Cup #2.

What win down in the Epic Eight
Sunday saw the clash of the Epic Eight, narrowing down the tournament's participants to the Heroic Four that will be taking the Nexus to Century Link Event Center in Seattle, Washington. Team's like University of Tennessee, University of Texas Arlington, and Arizona State University were able to maximize the skillset of the professional players on their roster, giving them advantages in every matchup.
University of Tennessee, University of Texas-Arlington, University of Connecticut and Arizona State will compete in Seattle on Saturday, April 9 starting at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT. Be sure to read the full article for a rundown of what happened!

Dehaka spotlight
Blizzard released the hero spotlight for Dehaka, the 50th hero to join the Nexus. The spotlight goes over Dehaka's kit, doing a run down on each ability including both heroics Isolation and Adaptation. It also mentions Blizzards vision of Dehaka being a premier ganker, a terror to squishy assassins making nowhere on the map safe.

Hardvard Disqualified from Heroes of the Dorm
After an investigation from Blizzard Entertainment and Tespa, Team Ambush from Harvard University has been disqualified after it was discovered that one of the players had shared his Battle.net account with a higher-rated player who was not officialy listed as a member of the team.
A statement from Heroes of the Dorm officials said, “We have zero tolerance for cheating in our tournaments. The rules are in place to ensure a fair playing field for all participants.”

Blizzard announces Summer global circut
More tournaments and bigger prize pools continue to make 2016 the biggest year for competitive Heroes of the Storm. With the Spring Championships just weeks away, Blizzard has just recently announced the latest in their 4 million dollar tournament plan, where over $1.2 million dollars are on the line.
It will follow a similar setup to the Spring Championship; hundreds of teams will compete for a chance to represent their respective regions. There are 12 spots up for grabs to compete at DreamHack Summer in Jönköping, Sweden. During this final leg of the tournament, teams will compete for the lions share of the $500,000 USD prize pool.
An additional $100,000 USD was added for both North America and Europe, with the winners of all four regional events across North America and Europe.

ESL adds second European Summer Regional
ESL gave a short statement Tuesday with few more details about the upcoming Summer season.
After feedback from the community about the “timeliness” (or lack thereof) of the Summer qualifierannouncement, ESL decided to add another regional for Summer Season.
”We are sorry we had to announce the qualifiers and the first regional at short notice , and we promise to improve the way this works in the future.” Said ESL's product manager, David Kugelmann.
The first European qualifier for the first Summer Regional starts Wednesday, March 23rd.
