As with every new hero, in the name of fairness and understandable caution, Kael'Thas will banned for this weeks qualifier #7 and #8. Next week is a different story and it is much more likely that Kael'thas will be able to play due to all teams having an equal shot at using and testing with him. At that point, any game breaking bugs or exploits with the new hero might have surfaced.
