We continue our interview with Dreadnaught live from Katowice at the EU Spring Regional. You can find Pt. 1 of the interview here.

How do you feel about all the roster shuffle that happened after BlizzCon? Do you feel like it’s good for the scene?

I think it is good but not to the extent that it’s common.

I do think the European scene has gotten to, ‘Well this isn't easy anymore so let's make the drastic change instead of the hard change that would benefit us’.

I think roster swaps are valuable but I do think the European scene has gotten to, ‘Well this isn't easy anymore so let's make the drastic change instead of the hard change that would benefit us’. Overall with how bad it's gotten it's definitely taken away from the scene. I don't think it’s terrible, it's not ideal. At the same time we’re a ways from BlizzCon. I don't think the scene needs to figure it out yet. As long as it's a learning experience it's okay.

Do you expect more teams in EU and NA after this weekend and last weekend to make changes?

NA will make a couple but not many. EU 100% expected to fall back. Absolutely. It will be a smaller version of BlizzCon for EU.

Realz was a Hearthstone player that got hired by Blizzard. Would that be something you would be interested in?

That would be something I aspire to do if I was lucky enough. I feel like my goals are kind of to influence the game in a positive direction as best as I can. Right now that's only through concept of community.

I feel like my goals are kind of to influence the game in a positive direction as best as I can.

But if I could do that in a better way, and hopefully move the game in a positive way through that, I would love to do that. My biggest fear when it comes to what I do right now is the lack of consistency when it comes to income, it's kind of terrifying.
The only thing I would have a problem with if that was the situation would be like, would I be able to help with the community too?
It’s a dream, do I think it's realistic? Probably not. I'm just a kid who's trying to win the video game, yah know?

Every time when a new patch hits, everyone shares their opinions. Do you think most of those opinions are wrong?

Yeah. Absolutely. I’m nowhere near perfect. It’s one of those things that's like there's so many variables at play you can never truly truly know but there are certain things that you will be able to determine in a positive direction. Determine so much so that you're gonna be okay. Rehgar was a hero that I undervalued how effective he would be. It was a change in the right direction. I had no idea his actual strength. Overvalued the adjustments to Jaina, I don't think I was that wrong. I thought we would see a little bit more of a spike from her from all regions, that hasn’t been the case. KT changes have been pretty straight forward.

Did you expect him [Kael’Thas] to die off?

Yeah. The meta that you saw the changes to arcane were not that good. His survivability to provide a positive Chain Bomb was like one of the biggest things for him. That's why you hit 13, you're terrified. You hit 16, and you’re like ‘how do we win the game?’. I thought it was gonna definitely be bad but I didn't know it would totally ruin him.

Unless it’s utility centric, that you can actually objectively say that this will have effect in the game.

I thought he would get a last pick situation but also he is seeing play in Korea. At least in North America he’s considered dead. Nobody's perfectly. There's too many variables at play. You know Li-Ming is going to be powerful, but how powerful? Unless it’s utility centric, that you can actually objectively say that this will have effect in the game. A prime example is Xul is one of the only heroes that when release you can determine when he will be relevant just from what he provides in the game even if his numbers are terrible. Because his passive and considering his wave clear. As long as you have a little bit of survivability and you don't totally suck on every other front you will be relevant. Once you saw his numbers and see that ‘oh poison nova ruins souls’ and then ‘oh you see that he gets a God tier Stoneskin that has a short cooldown plus the debuff consideration’. How does he not affect the game dramatically?

Have you played him yet?

I got to play two games with him. Sadly I haven’t gotten to play him as much as I would like to. I don't know my version of a build on him yet. Obviously I asked some pros what their ideas are for those two games. If you watch my stream, normally I go over every talent, which are just not worth ever, [which are] optional and some that are the best. With him I haven't been able to do any of that sadly.

After this is all done what are your plans?

It’s legit my plans are work 10-12 hours a day like I do every day, take as little time off as possible and try to help the scene in some way. Where I do it depends on where I feel most beneficial. I can tell you I got a lot of help with what I want to do with YouTube videos. But I still have a lot of learning on how to do YouTube videos and the efficiency of YouTube. I haven't done as much streaming as I would have like to have done this passed month. I also have a couple other things I can't directly speak about that I aspire to do that are kind of outside the direct, but I can definitely tell you Twitch, YouTube, coaching, those are things I will do every day all day. There are things passed that I hope to do, and casting obviously.

Any closing shoutouts?

Anybody that watches what I do and supports me in any way. I think it's something a lot of people kind of undervalue a lot of people that when they get into a point of influence they forget they are there because people put them there. That's something I really try to remind myself of. Shoutout to them above all else without a doubt.
Tempo Storm's Reynad for all the kind things he ever says about me.
Anybody that helps me with casting.
There's a lot of people but those are definitely my go to.
I genuinely feel like so many people throughout forget that you are nothing without the recognition of others and I am only dreadnaught, I’m only here in Europe because people said I should go.
