Hearthstone veteran RevengeCCS crushes through Dew Challenge Hearthstone qualifier #4

Jenson “RevengeCCS” Sim took the RM 1,000 first place prize underneath fellow Malaysian household name AkiSera as the qualifier campaign for Dew Challenge Hearthstone Malaysia reached its mid point.
If the first three cups celebrated the persistence and fighting spirit of the younger generation of Hearthstone players, qualifier #4 became a playing field of the well-established. In a four-game grand final, long-time Hearthstone athlete RevengeCCS defeated one of country’s best in AkiSera.
Both players are well respected in their local community, as well as SEA as a whole. Team-mates at Team Immortals, Revenge and AkiSera are both in the top 50 of all competitive Asian players, ranked at #24 and #47 respectively.
The series started very well for Revenge, as AkiSera’s tempo Mage lost two in a row before his Paladin could put him back on the scoreboard. The series thus came to a Hunter versus Priest match-up in game four, where Revenge’s faith in Anduin paid off.
In the bronze final, another Malaysian heavy-hitter in Lalasong opted for the RM 200 third place prize but was stopped in his tracks by newcomer Berserkorc. All four aforementioned players will make their way into the grand finals in December.
