
Today's Card of the Day is the Rogue's cheap weapon buff that gives it that extra bite.
PROS: Can turn your free weapon (via Hero Power) into a [card]Fiery War Axe[/card] for only 1 mana, or other weapons for a massive boost. Its cost allows for easy setup for turns where you need to trigger the Combo mechanic, such as using [card]Eviscerate[/card] and [card]si:7 agent[/card] to deal bursts of damage. Lastly, it is a free card, and it is very efficient for what it does so not putting it in the deck would be very silly. From Aggro to Control to Miracle, all Rogues use this card.
CONS: Unlike Hero attack modifiers like the Warrior's [card]Heroic Strike[/card], this card needs a weapon to be equipped in order to work. If you have an empty weapon slot, you would spend a least 3 mana or 2 then setup the next turn. And while Rogues are usually ok with this, sometimes it can kill your tempo.
