For those who come after, the soundtrack of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is ready to echo beyond the game in a new concert tour.
Sandfall Games has revealed that the acclaimed Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 soundtrack will soon be performed live on stage. The developer confirmed on social media that a dedicated concert tour is in the works, with shows planned across France and the possibility of international dates in 2026.
In the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), Sandfall Games said they were “incredibly excited to announce a unique co-production for the launch of the official concert series,” highlighting collaborations with Bleu Citron, Lorien Testard and Alice Duport-Percier, and Les Soudaines. They added that they were “honoured to be able to bring you our plans for the official regional concerts in France soon, with the potential to explore international dates in 2026.”

The concerts will be produced by Bleu Citron Tournées in partnership with Sandfall Interactive, with Testard and vocalist Duport-Percier set to perform alongside the Curieux Orchestra. Les Soudaines will handle the artistic and technical direction.
Bleu Citron echoed the announcement on Instagram, calling the project “a unique co-production for the launch of the official French concert series.” Their post can be seen here:
Dates and ticket information will be confirmed soon, giving fans of the soundtrack something to look forward to following its recent success.
The announcement follows a string of milestones that have pushed the soundtrack into the spotlight. Earlier this year, the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 score topped the Billboard Classical Album Chart. Later on, NME reported that a vinyl box set was announced for fans and collectors, and most recently, the live performance of “Alicia” at Gamescom Opening Night Live went viral. These moments have fuelled anticipation, making the prospect of a live tour an exciting next step.
A soundtrack with a strong French identity
Speaking about his process, composer Lorien Testard said in an interview with GamesRadar+ that he deliberately avoided listening to other soundtracks while working on the game’s score. “I tried not to listen to other soundtracks while working on Clair Obscur,” he explained, but added that his lifelong love of music was a major influence.
“I’ve loved video game music and listened to a lot of it when I was younger: Zelda, Xenoblade, Nier, and Joe Hisaishi (Studio Ghibli), along with all the French music I’ve grown up with,” he said.
“That music has been part of my life for years, so it’s shaped the way I hear and write music.”
With the soundtrack already a chart-topper, the upcoming live concerts will mark the next step in bringing the world of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 to audiences beyond the game.
