The first round of the upper bracket will be finished tonight with VP playing dignitas at 18 CEST followed by Kaipi versus eg at 21.

The two last Upper round 1 matches will be played tonight with Dignitas first going up against Virtus.pro. Team Dignitas won their group, beating Evil Geniuses in the group final where they came back to win two straight games after dropping the first one. Virtus.pro finished second in group A, losing to iCCup and having a bit of a struggle through the other matches as well. However since then they have been ahead of their game, especially last night where they stomped through The Premier League's Aegis Cup. The outcome of the match is hard to determine, it will be depending on what shape the teams are in for the day as well as how big impact the ping differences will end up having.

In the other match, starting at 21.00 CEST, the winner of group B will be playing the runner-up of group C. It's Kaipi vs Evil Geniuses. Kaipi mastered Fnatic in the group final and did recently force Alliance down to the lower bracket in The Defense by beating them 2-0. The team definitely has both potential as well as individual skill and are looking to challenge the more experienced EG in every way tonight. It should make for interesting games with a few less common heroes being used.
