The Chinese top DotA team CommeDieu has announced their disbandment. As reported by sgamers.com, the team had some problems pertaining to their sponsorship issues. In addition to this the delay in the payment of some tournament winnings pushed the team towards this demise.
In an interview with sgamer.com, diqiuchaoren said
- “We haven't got paid by our club Red^cc for three months and up to now we still haven't got the prize money we won in some events, so we think it's time to disband CD, and maybe each player going his own way will be a better choice".
Regardless of the disbandment of cD, he admitted that he wouldn't give up DotA, at the same time he clarified that inside the team there were no contradictions between them and all of them will still be friends.
The tag cD will probably not be used anymore as it was a tag that belonged to the team consisting of six friends, the present roster and former captain miyaluo. insence and diqiuchaoren may adopt a new tag for the team they form or they may even join some other team to continue their DotA career.
