DH Summer is all set to kick off today with the first group stage matches. Read the full article to learn more about the schedule and many other information about this event.

DreamHack Open Summer is being played this weekend and as usual, the host city will be Jönköping in Sweden. The eight teams will have a chance to fight for the lion's share of $40,000. The tournament will feature the now-standard format: The groups will be played in GSL system where the top two teams of each group will then move on to the single elimination bracket where the winner will be determined.

The names of the six participating teams are already known where the remaining two will be known once the BYOC qualifier is finished. Therefore,  group A will be first to kick off today with the all matches being played during the first day.

Group A schedule:
Saturday, June 13th
17:15 - Fnatic vs. LGB eSports
18:45 - Titan vs. FlipSid3
19:45 - Loser's match
21:00 - Winner's match
22:15 - Decider match

Group B is next in line and all the matches of this group are on the schedule for tomorrow.

Group B schedule:
Sunday, June 14th
17:15 - Ninjas in Pyjamas vs. BYOC #2
18:30 - Natus Vincere vs. BYOC #1
19:45 - Loser's match
21:00 - Winner's match
22:15 - Decider match

Finally, the playoffs will start on Monday where first on the schedule will be the semi final matches followed with the grand finals.

Monday, June 15th
14:00 - Semi-final #1
17:30 - Semi-final #2
21:05 - Grand final

The casting panel will consist of already known names such as Richard Lewis who will be acting as a host, Daniel "ddk" Kapadia, who will be doing live interviews on the stage, RoomOnFire's duo Anders Blume and Auguste "Semmler" Massonat who will be in charge of commentating and the analyst desk with following line-up: Duncan "Thorin" Shields, Robin "Fifflaren" Johansson and Björn "THREAT" Pers.
