DreamHack have revealed the schedule for the upcoming DreamHack Summer 2017 event.
DreamHack have released scheduling for DreamHack Summer 2017. The event is DreamHack Open's fourth stop, featuring $100,000 in prize money. In addition to hosting a CS:GO tournament, the DreamHack Summer is one of the most popular BYOC events in the world, with gamers from across the globe flying in to Jönköping, Sweden to experience this phenomenon.
As for the CS:GO event, it will feature eight teams. As per DreamHack tradition, said teams will face one another at the Elmia Convention Centre in Jönköping, Sweden on June 17th - 19th in a bid to secure the lion's share of $100,000. Six of the eight will receive direct invites, whilst two teams will be admitted via European and North American qualifiers. Two teams will secure placements in the play-offs upon securing flawless group stage performances, whilst two will be forced to go through deciders, proving their capabilities. All four semi-finalists will finally meet on Monday, June 19th to determine the "Crème de la Crème" of the tournament.
