Immortals' Nomy to miss NGE Winter Premiere due to visa issues, Chance to sub in

The tank player was unable to secure a visa into the United States for the LAN part of the tournament, the second time in four months.
Despite such a dominating performance in the Winter Premiere, Immortals tank Nomy will be missing out on the final part of the tournament thanks to visa issues.
Over.gg broke the news last night that David "Nomy" Rameriez was to miss the final leg of the tournament due to visa issues and that current Immortals coach Chance would replace the Mexico-based player for the remainder of the tournament.
The current roster for Immortals is as follows:
- Christopher "GrimReality" Schaefer (DPS)
- Brady "Agilities" Girardi (Flex DPS)
- George "Hyped" Maganzini (Flex)
- Zac "Chance" Palmer (Tank)
- Athen "Aythen" Zhu (Support)
- Stefano "Verbo" Disalvo (Support)
While Nomy was playing, Immortals have been an almost-unstoppable force within the Winter Premiere, having only dropped two games during the entirety of Group Play. Nomy has been a particularly unstoppable force on the team thus far, thanks in part to his fantastic Reinhardt play.
This is the second time Nomy has missed a major event for Immortals, the first being back in September when Nomy missed part of the Overwatch Open due to the same visa issues. In that case, Gale Force Esports' loaned Wolfgang "WGB" Braun to Immortals to replace Nomy. In that tournament, Immortals went 0-2 in the Main Event stage, being eliminated from the competition by Fnatic and Cloud9, respectively.
Immortals play at noon CST against Luminosity Gaming for the first semi-final match. You can find all the information that you need to know on our Viewer's Guide.
