This time, the 4-0 is courtesy of FXOpen and their Protoss Hurricane. This is also FXO's second all-kill in a row.
One match before the end of the group phase, NSHoSeo are almost sure to be the first to go out of the tournament. Currently at -9 points, NSHoSeo managed to get just one win against Prime last week but FXO's Hurricane came out to pull them back into bitter reality today.
In a series of relatively low-entertainment games, Hurricane brought a hard beating to NSHoSeo and joined the likes of Sound, ByuN, Ganzi and sC in the all-kill club. Out of all HoSeo players, Jjakji was the one to come closest to shutting down Hurricane as a desperate push with SCV support almost turn the game around but ran out of steam just in front of Hurricane's natural.
Although still not completely out of the tournament, NSHoSeo will need more than a miracle to come back and their top five finish largely depends on other teams' results as well as pulling the most decisive win possible against MVP (match to be played on May 18th). If any of those go wrong for them, HoSeo's playoffs spot will be forfeit.
GSTL continues tomorrow with a face-off between Prime and Axiom-Acer. Prime suffered a heavy loss to HoSeo themselves last week and will be looking forward to mending that against the joint roster (who are currently ranked fourth). MarineKing vs Ryung will open the series.
