Shortly after the finale of TI6 groupstage Valve releases the Lockless Luckvase and Trove Carafe Immortals.
Even though the groupstage may be over and games do not resume for another couple of days, DOTA 2 fans were not left in the dark this weekend as Valve decided to release both the Lockless Luckvase and the Trove Carafe Immortal treasures. These two treasures feature items for popular heroes such as Pudge, Drow, and Bounty Hunter that are sure to keep fans happy.
In addition to a decent selection of heroes each treasure also has the chance to gift the recipient with a very rare golden Immortal which allows for any item in the chest to potentially be gold in nature.
If that's not enough to keep fans psyched up before the main event each treasure is also purchased in conjunction with their favorite e-sports personality! That means that when purchasing either one of these treasures the buyer must choose which e-sports personality they would like to support and in turn the item inside will be equipped with their signature.
Naturally this has started a bit of a competition between some of TI's personalities.
In addition to supporting the eSports personalities that make The International great, those buying the chests will also gain progress toward a new international compendium achievement that has the potential to result in up to 12 battle pass levels.
Regardless of which personality you may support the release of both the Lockless Luckvase and the Trove Carafe are sure to keep fans satisfied before teams hit the main stage.
