Complexity destroy CLG in a crazy opening game for the week

The first game of the day was coL as blue team vs CLG as the purple team. The game started explosively with 4 for 1 exchange in the red jungle at the first minute mark. Complexity fully outplayed and clear the team of CLG. The game continued with fast exchanging of kills on both bottom and top lane. At the 10th minute mark the gold lead for Complexity was about five thousand. At the 22nd minute mark the baron dance started. After a team fight where Complexity took the advantage vs CLG the team went for baron, Udir however stalled them long enough for Chauster to come, but paid with his life. After Complexity backed from baron Chauster went solo vs baron and also died to Complexity, which they tried to finish baron but got stolen by Link on Lux.

At around the 33rd minute mark Complexity managed to get a baron after an intense baron dance, followed by 5 for 1 exchange in the base of CLG at the top inhibitor tower, destroying the tower, inhibitor, the 2 nexus turrets and leaving the inhibitor at 60 hp! CLG somehow managed to clear it and save the nexus but Complexity managed to get a 10k gold lead. After that it was just a matter of time before Complexity sealed the game.

In the second game of the day the leaders of NA LCS Curse faced the underdogs of Good Game University. NyJacky made a surprise pick on Veigar which is one of his favorite champions but rarely picked in competitive play. The game started just as amazing as the first one. Curse invaded through a ward and got caught which resulted in first blood for GGU, however after a chase Curse managed to turn it around and the exchange finished at 2 for 3 for Curse. At the 5.30 minute mark simultaneous turret exchange happened where Curse took top tower, while GGU took bottom, however GGU managed to snatch a kill out of it at top on Elementz.

At the 15th minute mark the teams engaged in a fight near the dragon and somehow GGU managed to trade 4 for 5 where Daydreamin the new support for GGU managed to clear the fight resulting in a 4-1-3 KDA ratio for himself. The game continued slowly until the 35th minute where Curse simply out positioned GGU and the combo of the Thresh box and Miss Fortune ultimate just obliterated GGU with a 4 for 0 exchange. GGU immediately responded with a baron but Curse got 2 kills on the chase, 2nd tier mid tower and a dragon.

Curse managed to get the next baron uncontested, followed by 2 kills and a final push through the mid lane to win the game.

The third game of the day faced Vulcun vs TSM. Blood Water played his first support game for his new team Vulcun. The third game of the day was off to a slower start with TSM managing to steal the blue buff but Vulcun getting the first blood after great pressure on bot lane. At the 16th minute mark an insane fight at dragon emerged. Somehow Vulcun managed to 4vs5 TSM and ace them with no deaths given. Vulcun managed to extend their lead with fast 17th minute baron and TSM had to get the consolation prize - the dragon.

With the baron buff Vulcun managed to get the 2nd tier mid tower, inhibitor tower and the inhibitor itself. The next minutes were dominated by Vulcun with 2 great pushes on top and bot lane taking kills, towers and extending their lead to over 10k gold. After a short trip to the shop Vulcun pushed top for inhibitor then another push at bottom and finished the game for an unexpected win.

The last game of the day faced MRN and Complexity. The game was off to a quick start - Complexity 3 man invaded and stole blue while the ADC and support managed to fend off their own blue and take first blood by killing Vayne. Soon after prOlly on Jarvan came from mid to bot for a successful level 2 gank. Slowly Complexity kept pushing their early game lead to a 4-0 lead with more than 3k gold by the 10th minute mark. The game developed slowly with the two teams trading kills and objectives and by the 22nd minute the gold difference was still at 3k in favor of Complexity.

At the half an hour mark Complexity managed to get a dragon but MRN retaliated with 3 kills, followed by a baron which equalized the gold between the two teams. At the 36th minute mark MRN engaged in a great team fight resulting in a 2nd triple kill for Vayne in the game and pushing middle inhibitor tower. Complexity however managed to stall the push out and even take 2 kills on their own for Caitlin followed by a baron, which they managed to use in order to get two inner towers and a dragon.

At the 45th minute MRN managed to kill the baron but Complexity got their two main damage dealers - Vayne and Kha'zix and followed the kills with a middle inhibitor reaching an even 70k gold per team. Ten minutes later after a baron dance MRN managed to ace Complexity at the price on one death and finished the game.
