Taking a page out of Valve's book, RIOT allows summoners to support their favourite team at the world finals.
During The International 2 - DotA's equivalent of the world championship - Valve added in-game pennants for players to show support for their favourite team. Now RIOT has done their own version of that, adding team logos as summoner icons so you cheer for your team with just a few easy clicks.
Every team is represented alongside the normal icons, in the usual place. Just click on your current icon in the lobby and you can pick one of the new ones for free. After the Pulsefire Ezreal "theme," this is the latest way for summoners to customise their in-game profiles and may be the start of an interesting trend, with RIOT previously hinting that the Ezreal package would not be the last of its kind.
