MYM's jungler, Konrad "Mokatte" Kukier recently gave an interview with Absolute Legends.

Back in WCG 2011, a sponsor-less team of Polish players finished second in the League of Legends tournament. Their success led to MYM taking them on-board, and the team has been up and down the rankings ever since despite being one of the more settled rosters. At the start, though, things were a little different. "In the beginning Czaru was usually the one jungling, and I was playing at mid," said Mokkate. "We figured that Czaru feels more comfortable as AP carry and that change gave us better results."

The MYM team recently qualified for IEM Singapore, so that was a fairly obvious line of questioning. "Our goal was to qualify for largest offline events," Mokkate told AL. "[It] feels really good when you see all that work paying off." MYM had to come back from the lower bracket to make it, but Mokkate said the team was never worried. "We knew that we have a lot of enemies to take down but we still felt confident about our performance. "

Much of that confidence stems from the team's training regimen. "We try to scrim every day, and talk a lot to realize what we need to improve on," he said. However, they still have room for improvement in that schedule because of current commitments. "Three of us already went full time into League of Legends," he said. "The other two have to finish their school." It's a tale as old as esports, but if they can keep the roster together until that is no longer a problem, MYM will surely be a force to be reckoned wtih.
