This past weekend, FnaticMSI completed a streak of flawless matches to win the two-day, 5000€ HoN tournament at Gamers Assembly 2011, the largest LAN event in France.

The biggest name in the tournament by far, FnaticMSI was no doubt expected to come out on top among a field of lesser-known French teams. They had no problems doing so, defeating four of the six other teams in attendance without a single loss.

After Day 1 of the tournament, which took place on Saturday, April 23rd, FnaticMSI emerged the winner of Group A. [Zeal] Zeal Gaming also went through to the playoffs, along with [MiiX] WESH MAN and [Mew] MEOW MEOW from Group B.

During Day 2 on Sunday, MSI picked up from where they had left off and tore through the playoff bracket, defeating Mew in the finals, 3-0. It was the last evidence anyone needed to know that FnaticMSI were the definitive and well-deserved champions of the tournament.
