A total of 721 players entered the AUD$10k buy-in Aussie Millions main event over the three first day one flights. They created a prize pool of AUD $721,000 with AUD$2,000,000 going to first place and AUD$1,035,000 going to second place.

The third day 1c flight saw Australian Oliver Keefe leave the day as chip leader with 198,200 as known tournament player Gabe Patgorski was in sixth with 110,500.

The combined Day 2 sees 265 players advancing with the likes of Phil Ivey, Erick Lindgren, Chris Ferguson, Roland de Wolfe, Patrik Antonius and Howard Lederer all with large chip stacks.
