Here is a simple method for you to fix for xinput1_4.dll error. hope this method will help you.

Easy fix for xinput1_4.dll missing file

1. Go to Computer, your hard drive, Windows and System32
2. In System32 press control + F this open a search bar.
3. In the search bar type, xinput1_3.dll
4. Copy xinput1_3.dll and paste it to your desktop.
5. Rename xinput1_3.dll for xinput1_4.dll and paste it back to System32
6. Voila, Enjoy the game!
