Marvel Rivals is about to kick off a brand-new season, and it’s packed with content! Season 4: Heart of the Dragon officially launches on September 12, bringing a new hero, a new map, and tons of updates that fans have been asking for.

New Hero: Angela 

Season 4’s spotlight hero is Angela—the one-winged angel and former Asgard assassin. In the story, she’s linked to the baby Iron Fist from earlier seasons, and now she’s stepping into the fight.

Gameplay-wise, Angela is a Vanguard who fights with liquid metal called Ichors, which she can shape into different weapons:

  • Spear Dive: Launch herself into the air and dive straight into enemies.

  • Shield Form: Turn her weapon into a shield to block attacks.

  • Dual Axes: When it’s time to finish the fight, she drops in with crushing axe combos.

Expect Angela to be a strong frontline pick who can deal damage and protect her team at the same time.

New Map: K’un-Lun – Heart of Heaven

This season’s story heads to the ancient East, where K’un-Lun and the other Capital Cities of Heaven are drawn together. The dragon Shou-Lao is frozen in time, and Doctor Doom is ready to make his move.

Players will get to experience this lore firsthand in the new Convergence map: K’un-Lun – Heart of Heaven, arriving on September 25.
