What is Ark of Osiris (AOO)?

Ark of Osiris is a competitive battleground where two randomly matched alliances battle to control structures and score points. Each alliance selects 30 players to fight, and the alliance with the highest points at the end wins.

The battle is divided into three main areas:

  • Middle (Temple Control): This is an open-field battle where players with the most powerful commanders, troops, and technologies will compete to control the temple.
  • Sides (Building Control): On each side, alliances fight to control buildings, but there’s no open-field combat. The strongest players will rely heavily on rallies to capture and defend buildings.
  • Resource Gathering: Don’t forget to gather resources around the map, as they contribute valuable points. If you’re far from base, try to gather as much as possible before returning.

In AOO, troops do not die, and while healing requires speedups, it doesn’t cost resources. If you have enough troops, you won’t need to heal. AOO is a standalone mode, meaning it doesn’t affect your regular map troops.

AOO opens every two weeks. While you’ll receive rewards for not participating, joining the battle gives better rewards and offers a more engaging experience. To earn points quickly, join rallies and use multiple strong marches. Farming also helps, but keep in mind that AOO is strategy-driven, so focusing solely on personal points isn’t always the best approach.

Teleportation is allowed, but it’s important to follow your alliance’s strategy. Avoid teleporting while troops are in the open field, as poor teleporting decisions can lead to defeat.

Skills in AOO are chosen based on the alliance’s strategy, and there’s no one-size-fits-all best option. Popular skills include To The Death, Hurl Stone, and War Drums. The most effective strategies depend on coordination and real-time communication, so be sure to stay in sync with your team.
