If you’re playing the Pokemon trading card game, then you’re probably aware that you can play the game online as well as in paper. If you played the older Pokemon TCG Online, then you also know that you can redeem codes to get packs in the game. Well with the new Pokemon TCG Live, you may want to know how to redeem Pokemon TCG codes now, and we’ll tell you exactly how to do it.

How to redeem Pokemon TCG codes

In order to redeem your Pokemon TCG codes on Pokemon TCG Live, you’ll follow these steps

  1. Open Pokemon TCG Live on either PC or Mobile.
  2. Once the game is loaded, click on “Shop”.
  3. Click on the “Redeem” menu button.
  4. Hold up your code card to the camera.
  5. Ensure that the whole card is visible and the code will show up on the right.
  6. Once you have scanned your cards, click collect all.

You can only redeem around seven codes before you have to redeem the lot and enter more. The packs will automatically open one by one after you’ve clicked on Collect All. Once you’re out of codes, your’e done!

How to I get more Pokemon TCG codes?

If you’re looking to get more codes, then the easiest thing you can do is buy Pokemon TCG products, whether that be from a store or online. Every product comes with a code for items and packs in the game, so if you’re already looking to play on paper, then you’re getting some great value.

The other way that you can get codes en mass is by purchasing them either from an online source, or from your local game store. You can often get these codes at a discounted rate, since you’re not getting the physical cards along side them, so you could get a lot more packs for the same amount of money.
