You only have a limited number of attempts to enter the Parental Control PIN

You will only be given around five attempts to enter the Parental Control PIN. Once you’ve exceeded the number of attempts, you won’t be able to access the Parental Controls settings for a certain period of time.

It’s also worth remembering that disabling Parental Controls may alert your parents once it’s turned off, especially if the Weekly Playtime Reports option is activated. Instead, you can change the different settings to limit the number of restrictions on an account. The Parental Controls menu lets you toggle Fortnite’s Content Rating, access to Creative mode, filters to mature language, and more, all of which you can change on the same page. After changing the settings, you can simply press Save to exit out of it.
