Yes, Nvidia has revealed in a blog post that Modern Warfare 3 beta will have DLSS 2 as well as include Nvidia Reflex. The GPU inventor adds that MW3 will also be getting DLSS 3 when it launches next month. 

NVIDIA’s Reflex is an essential feature in games as it minimises system latency to speed up your actions. This provides a competitive advantage in multiplayer games and enhances the responsiveness and enjoyment of single-player titles as well. 

With DLSS 3 arriving at full launch, players using the GeForce RTX 40 Series can achieve maximum frame rates through Frame Generation, while other GeForce RTX users can boost performance using DLSS 2’s Super Resolution technology. 

So if you haven’t upgraded your PC hardware, consider getting the DLSS 3 ahead of the MW3 release date.
