It appears that the error code 3100010 mainly reared its head over the launch of Diablo 4 Season 2, and specifically for console users. This error code was most frequently spotted, as per the Blizzard forums, when it was announced that the season 2 launch was to be delayed by a few hours, as Blizzard addressed some issues behind the scenes and so it’s believed to be related to that. If you’re still getting error code 3100010, it seems the best way to fix this issue is to simply ensure that your game is updated to the latest version. First, make sure you fully quit out of the game on both formats.
