You'll have to get the S tier rating on this recapture to get this one.

At some point, you'll get a quest to defeat the elite Griegr enemy on the Orlen Islands with this as its reward.

You can get it as the first clearance reward from this fort.

Defeat the elite enemy on this one to get your last Blessed Paper Scrap.
How To Use Blessed Paper Scrap
To use the Blessed Paper Scrap you acquire from the adventures above, you can head over to the equipment screen in the main menu. Here, you'll be able to change equipment for both Adol and Karja including their weapons, armor, and accessories apart from the cosmetics.
Here, you'll find some locked slots at the bottom of both characters, and you can unlock these slots for one, two, and three paper scraps each. Once unlocked, these slots will allow you to use an extra accessory on these characters.
