Summary

  • As changeable as the elements themselves, Shaman characters have tons of transmog options for every occasion.
  • Whether they're a devotee of fire, a lover of water, a protector of earth, or a servant of air, there are options for every kind of Shaman.
  • Other options are also available for Shamans who want to ditch the elements and live a little more on the wild side.

It’s hard to be a Shaman, especially recently. These masters of all things elemental have been taking a bit of a beating in the recent World of Warcraft meta, which follows years of them being a bit neglected. But, if there’s one area Shamans have the upper hand in, it's the transmog game.

The Volcanic Regalia set is all about embracing the power of fire. The set looks like it’s been charred on the edges, giving the set a real sense of the danger of the elements. Parts of the set are even on fire, surrounding the Shaman in perpetual flame. This set really invokes the element of fire, and any Shaman that puts it on is sure to become totally hot in an instant.

Regalia of the Firebird

Location

Terrace of Endless Spring/Heart of Fear

The Veiled Stair/Dread Wastes

This beautiful set will make any Shaman look, and feel, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. The Regalia of the Firebird came with Mists of Pandaria, and it invokes Pandaria's natural beauty with the power of fire to create something really wonderful.

Shaman wearing this outfit are covered from head to toe in red feathers, which appear to be almost smoldering. These feathers are combined with brown leather for a lovely natural look. This outfit truly feels as wild as a Shaman can be. It brings a sense of nature's power to a transmog, and really looks great even years later. Slide into the Pandaria Remix and pick this set up. It'll be a staple outfit for years to come.

5 Regalia of the Witch Doctor

Set Name

Regalia of the Witch Doctor

Required Level

35

Location

Throne of Thunder

Isle of Thunder

Did someone call for a Doctor? In this look, there's no denying what class of character you are. This set screams 'Shaman' through and through. It comes from the Throne of Thunder raid, which was one of several raids in Mists of Pandaria that had a Troll influence. This set too has a very strong Troll influence, and would be perfect for Troll Shaman characters.

This set's main focus is the giant ornamental mask that makes up the headpiece. The eerie glowing light from behind the eyes and mouth give it a spooky flair that isn't super common in Shaman sets. This makes it a nice choice for spookier seasons. However, this set is a statement piece all year around. If there's some bronze to spare, toss it the Regalia of the Witch Doctor's way.

4 Garb of Venerated Spirits

Set Name

Garb of Venerated Spirits

Required Level

45

Location

Antorus, the Burning Throne

The Broken Isles

The Legion expansion was hard for Shamans. Vol'jin was killed in the opening scenario, and Thrall struggled with his powers. Shaman characters had to reunite the elements and make peace across the shattered landscape in order to survive. Those who did make it to the Burning Throne were rewarded with a masterpiece.

This set is for the Shaman who is through playing around. Darker and more serious than some of the other sets, this set gives a sense of all the Shamen have suffered since Legion began. The dark feathers, the same shade of green as fel magic, serve as pops of color against the brooding black. This set is perfect for a Shaman who is ready to fight for the elements - no matter the cost.

3 Vision of the Greatwolf Outcast

Set Name

Vision of the Greatwolf Outcast

Required Level

45

Location

Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope

Amirdrassil

This set is here for two words, and two words alone. Ready: Ghost Wolves.

Riddled with chain-mail and muted color, this set is a celebration of all things Shaman. But make no mistake. The ghost wolves on the shoulders MAKE this set. They roar and howl, for goodness's sake. Who wouldn't think that's cool as heck?

Shaman are able to double their coolness factor by braving Amirdrassil's depths. This set comes in four different sets, one for each of the difficulties. So that's, like, eight new wolf friends. That's a lot of friends.

2 Theurgic Starspeaker's Regalia

Set Name

Theurgic Starspeaker's Regalia

Sepulcher of the First Ones

Zereth Mortis

Tired of all this nature? Sick to death of all this element stuff? Craving something a little more futuristic, a little more sci-fi? Look no further! Even the naturalistic Shaman can take a trip on the sci-fi side with the Theurgic Starspeaker's Regalia While some of the Shadowlands transmogs stood out in a less-than-great way, the Theurgic Starspeaker's Regalia is strange in all the right ways, and is an excellent set to mix things up with.

The Theurgic Starspeaker's Regalia is clearly an outfit dated to the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid, but it managed to combine the First Ones and the Shaman's aesthetics pretty seamlessly. The artificial fur invokes both the Shaman's natural side and the plastic-like aesthetic of Zereth Mortis. The best feature is the floating fake wolf pelt that makes up the head piece. So many Shaman sets use a wolf pelt for the head piece that it was fun to see a totally artificial take on the theme.

1 Regalia of Shackled Elements

Set Name

Regalia of Shackled Elements

Required Level

45

Location

The Nighthold

Suramar

Here's a set that Shaman are just sure to lava (sorry). Shaman sets love to celebrate the elements, and this set is another celebration of flame and fire. Any Shaman that rocks up with this look will burn brighter than the sun, what with the burning shoulder pads and helmet made of lava.

It's a wonder that the Nightborne in the Nighthold were able to hold onto such a hot look, but they'd be more than happy to drop it for any Shaman who braves this raid. Never one's to shy away from fashion, it seems like it was the Nightborne who knew the importance of Shaman looking cute. Check out this outfit if your Shaman is looking for a burning hot look.
