All Name Solutions
We have eight identities to work out in this one!
- The people who are working the auction are easier to figure out here. The host and the barman have their names spelt out in full, in obvious locations, and there are very strong hints for the security guard.
- The security guard mentions wanting an autograph. Dialogue from downstairs will help you assign the celebrity's name to a face.
- Three people purchase drinks, and the drinks can be identified with a little bit of attention. Note, however, that buying a drink doesn't mean you're the one who drinks it.
- Someone shouldn't have alcohol and for a very good reason. Might they end up with some anyway?
- Two people here are returning characters from previous cases, though you only know one's name.
- Working out the rest will require you to know more about the lots, who wants them, and who bought them. Consider working that panel out before opening the solution section below.

There are five items up for auction, and all get purchased. It's up to you to figure out who, what, and from where.
- When it comes to the items themselves, you needn't think too hard - their shapes and appearances denote their identities, and their order is rather obvious when you see them while the auction is ongoing.
- Working out the origins will require you to examine dialogue carefully. One person mentions a 'motherland' - does she have any clues on her person as to where this might be?
- You only see one item actually being auctioned - there is a heavy clue as to its origin hidden within a dialogue.
- One piece of evidence tells you two crucial facts:
- Only three people were successful in their purchases.
- Exactly how much money was exchanged. Take note of this and examine the amounts of money people have before and after the time skip. Also, take note of who has a checkbook.

The series of events requires some strong logical deductions from the scenes in front of you, especially after the auction.
- The drama surrounds a particular object; working out which object this might be is the key to understanding who is at play here. Think about where the important objects would be at this point in time.
- Who has dialogue surrounding the important object?
- The security guard is not at his post. There were a few ways to lure him downstairs, but only one fits the modus operandi here. What scenario fits? Think about the keys, his state, and his possessions.
- An object is being used as a weapon, but is the person holding the object as obvious as you might think?
- Is it possible to identify everyone at the auction? Who is missing?
Solution
At the Seven Seas Auction, Tesa Nevari was outbid by Moumaati Dasilva for the statue from Lemuria, and so decided to steal it instead.
Tesa Nevari distracted Erwin Bogart while Robbie Froberg stole their keys.
Nils Wilmington discovered Robbie Froberg stealing the statue upstairs, and a fight ensued.
Robbie Froberg pushed Nils Wilmington into a circuit box with a cane, causing instant death.
