There are three paragraphs to work out here, and it can be tricky to figure out what the paragraphs are even referring to.

• The man on the roof in the daytime speaks of a discrepancy. He's holding a blueprint of the main room, but where is the discrepancy? Try examining the walls and windows closely, both inside and out.
• Koi is managing quite a feat that isn't far out of the realms of possibility in a game like this... but would a chapter about a golden idol's usage not feature any clues about the idol itself? Is the feat legitimate?
• Check the workmen. Are they being bribed? Who is Betsy if not a person?
• The second paragraph deals with a certain person's disappearance. It seems that someone wants people to think he abandoned the group, but what evidence is there that this is a lie?
• Where would a confrontation be most likely to occur? What is in this room that could have been used?
• What is the man in the garage doing? Those items in the cart of the truck are quite suspicious.

Solution

Gresto Nozi discovered that Koi Nagasai was being lifted by a forklift in a secret room.

When confronted about this, Koi Nagasai first blasted Gresto Nozi with a fire extinguisher. Then, Koi Nagasai struck Gresto Nozi with the fire extinguisher.
