The game maintains the general outlines typical of the FPS game genre but does some things differently than others. This includes carrying reserve weapons and gadgets. But no worries, you can easily master it in just a few tries. So, let's examine how to use the reserve loadout.

How To Edit Your Reserve Loadout

Reserve loadout allows you to change your weapons and devices for different scenarios. This is in a passive position during the match; it is a lifeline that will come into play in cases where your main equipment set is not enough.

You will need to make all your adjustmentsbefore the match, including reserve and main loadout selections. To do this, you need to follow the steps Main Menu > Contestance. On the screen that opens, you will see three classes: Light, Medium, and Heavy. You can start equipment selection by choosing a build you want and clicking Edit.

This screen is where you will lubricate your weapons before the match; in short, where you will make all your preparations. The equipment on the left of the screen is the active equipment that you will use during the match. The ones immediately to the right are the Reserve Loadout you can use when needed.

To organize reserve or main equipment, all you have to do is click on a weapon or gadget and replace it with the one you want.

You should remember that you have the right to choose one weapon and three gadgets here. That's why you should make your choice according to your needs.

How To Use Your Reserve Loadout

To use the reserve, you must follow these steps:

1. You can't use your Reserve Loadout while you’re alive. You can only use your backup when you are eliminated and are waiting to be respawned.
2. Head to the 'Change Loadout' tab while you are waiting to be respawned and the countdown is running. 'J' on PC, 'Square' on PlayStation, and 'X' on Xbox are used for this.
3. Here, you will see the reserve loadout that you have set up before the match. Now, to bring your reserve into the match, you need to click on your weapon in your current loadout and replace it with the other one.
4. Then respawn, and you will now have your selected reserve weapon or gadget equipped.
