But, it'll take some time to purchase different properties, especially the bigger ones, as it costs quite a bit of cash. If you need more space, but also want something central and don't want to break the bank as soon as you have some savings, the handy Stash And Dash storage facility is up for purchase.

Schedule 1 is currently in Early Access on Steam, so the information below may be changed or updated at a later date.

How To Purchase The Storage Unit Property

To get the Stash And Dash storage facility, head to Ray's Realty on the east side of the city, next to Bleuball's Boutique and just down the street from the Post Office.

The Post Office is also purchasable from Ray Realty for 10,000 Dollars, and it's one of four locations where you can launder money, so the weekly deposit limit can be bypassed.

Go instead and speak to Ray, select the purchase property dialogue, and you'll see a list of one to five different properties for sale, depending on what you've already purchased.

The Stash And Dash facility is one of the cheaper options and only costs 5,000 Dollars, which will need to be in your bank, as you can't purchase properties or businesses with on-hand cash.

How To Find And Use The Stash And Dash Facility

The Stash And Dash facility is located beneath the North Overpass, and you can find it by going across the street and slightly south of the Motel.

The property consists of two floors, with the first floor having two entrances on the north side of the building, and one on the back side of the building that faces the Hyland Point Range.

Inside, the majority of the building is taken up by a large storage unit that you can go into and acts as another base location, as it contains a save point on the wall, and has room for storage shelves, production tables, and beds for both you and any potential employees.

At the time of this article, the second floor of the facility and the other two storage rooms are not accessible, but may become accessible in the future.

It's also one of the earliest locations to contain a Loading Dock, which you can have items delivered to, and you can assign Handlers to so they automatically bring the items to storage if you've set their routes up.

The storage unit can be used for a variety of things, such as a general storage place if you need to restock on products or ingredients, so you don't always need to travel to a base that's further away or a secondary cooking facility while you're working your way up to larger locations like the Bungalow or the Barn.
