Brain Room
ClosePsycho Pass is a pretty disturbing anime. The concept is that people are determined as good or bad by an AI system, and, of course, the system isn’t always right. There is no way around the system for those who are working within it, which causes a lot of trouble for the authorities.
The most disturbing episode in this show is when we meet the brain room (otherwise known as the Sybil System), which is exactly how it sounds - a room chock-full of working brains. This room of brains is made up of people who accept being a part of the system and can make decisions together about how people are rated.

The Betrayal
In Tower of God, Bam has spent most of his life living underneath a tower with only his best friend Rachel. He has to defeat enemies to get through this mysterious tower, including a giant bull. But he was willing to do anything for Rachel, no matter how horrifying it may be.

Tanjiro, the protagonist, is working to help give his family the best New Year's possible. But when he returns home, he finds his entire family slaughtered. It’s incredibly graphic, with blood covering every surface of his home.

2 Another
Horrors And Curses
Another is a pretty popular horror anime. The show follows an entire class as they try to figure out the curse that’s been put on them. Episode three follows Koichi, Tomohiko, and Naoya as they discuss their futures.
Yukari, another student, asks Koichi if they can walk home together. In a rush, she follows down the stairs and impales herself on the end of her umbrella. It’s the first death of the series, which shows that none of the classmates are safe.
