If you're one of the lucky players who got their hands on the Deluxe Edition of the game, you'll receive some additional items that can give you an upper hand. These items include some pieces of equipment, and the "Seek, And You Shall Find" quest is the way to obtain some of them.

How To Start The Seek, And You Shall Find Quest

After completing the tutorial, you'll arrive in the Lesser Zone region, specifically at the Zalissya location. Here, you will need to progress through the main story until you complete the A Needle in a Haystack objective.

In the middle of that zone, you'll spot a blue quest symbol, and this marks the start of the side quest, "Seek, And You Shall Find."

Your first objective is to check your stash, so head inside the house where the shop is located. Once inside, you'll find a bed where you can rest, and right next to it, there will be a chest you can interact with - this is your stash.

Simply interact with it, and you'll find the Journalist flash drive, which will then be added to your inventory.

This action will update your quest objectives, now requiring you to locate a bunch of stashes scattered around all the different regions.

Every Journalist Stash Location In Lesser Zone

Journalist Stash Location #1

Head south of the Lesser Zone, where you'll find the sewers.

Enter the one that’s open, and you’ll spot a sac inside. Interact with it to collect a bunch of resources.

Journalist Stash Location #2

For the second journalist stash, head east of the Lesser Zone to a location called Sphere. Enter the base, take a left, and you'll spot a yellow ladder.

Climb it, and you'll find a blue box. Interact with it to obtain a flash drive and an assault rifle.

Journalist Stash Location #3

The third journalist stash is located near where you started the quest in the Lesser Zone, slightlynorth of Zalissya Bar.

Keep heading north until you spot ablue truck parked beside a house, that's where the box is. Climb onto the truck, jump onto the roof of the house, and enter through the window. Right in front of you, you'll see a blue box. Interact with it to collect a leather jacket and a pistol.

Journalist Stash Location #4

For the fourth journalist stash, head far north of the Lesser Zone to a location called Northern Checkpoint. There, you'll find a large warehouse.

Circle around it until you spot ayellow ladder, then climb to the top of thewarehouse. Cross to the other side of the rooftop, where you'll find anotheryellow ladder. Descend it, and you'll see a blue box. Interact with it to obtain asubmachine gun.

Journalist Stash Location #5

To find the fifth journalist stash, head to the far south of the Garbage region. There, you'll come across a junkyard.

Inside, you'll spot a blue rusty minibus. Enter the minibus, and you'll find a blue box. Interact with it to obtain ashotgun.

Journalist Stash Location #6

Head north to the Garbage region. In the northern part of this area, you'll find a location called The Maze. Once there, you'll come across a cluster of abandoned buses.

Walk around until you spot apile of tires next to a car. Climb onto the car, then jump onto thenearest bus. Continue jumping from bus to bus until you reach a gap between them. Below, you'll see a blue box. Drop down and interact with it to collect a suit and a flash drive.

Journalist Stash Location In Rostock

Journalist Stash Location #7

The seventh journalist stash is located in the northern part of the Rostock region, just a little north of a location called Volkhov SAM. There, you'll spot a large white building that’s hard to miss.

Enter through themain door, take a left, and keep moving forward until you reach a big room. In themiddle of the room, you'll find ablue box. Interact with it to obtain asubmachine gun.

Journalist Stash Location In Yaniv

Journalist Stash Location #8

To reach the next journalist stash, travelto Yaniv region and head north to Yaniv Station. There, you'll find a train, and in the middle of it, you'll come across a locked train trailer door.

To get through, destroy the lock using your weapon. Insidethe trailer, you'll find a blue box. Interact with it to obtain a pistol.

Journalist Stash Location In Chemical Plant

Journalist Stash Location #9

For this journalist stash, head to theChemical Plant region, specifically to the south, at a location called Army Warehouses. Enter the base and look for a building with a yellow truck in front of it.

The stash is inside that building on the second floor. To reach it, climb onto the yellow truck, jump onto the roof, and then jump through the window. Once inside, head to thefirst room on your left, where you'll find another blue box. Interact with it to obtain anassault rifle.

Journalist Stash Location In Burnt Forest

Journalist Stash Location #10

This journalist stash is located in the Burnt Forest region, near a location called Rozyizhdzhe. From there, you'll spot a couple of ruined houses, one of which has a ladder in the middle.

Descend the ladder, and in the left room, you'll find ablue box. Interact with it to obtain a leather jacket.

Journalist Stash Location In Duga

Journalist Stash Location #11

To find this journalist stash, you must first progress through the main story to reach the Duga region. Once you're in the region, head south, where you'll find a large warehouse.

Enter the warehouse and defeat a tough creature inside. Afterward, head to the control room and press the red button to open a cell room, which contains the blue box. Go into the room and interact with the box to complete the objective.

Every Journalist Stash Location In Swamp

Journalist Stash Location #12

In the far southeast of the map, you'll find a region called Swamp. Head to its northwest part, where you'll come across a location called Horodyshche Hamlet. Upon arrival, you'll see several abandoned houses and a red tractor.

Climb onto the tractor, then jump onto the nearbywooden cabinet. From there, leap to the large house. You’ll notice a barred window break the wooden barriers blocking it to gain entry. Once inside, head straight ahead to find a blue box. Interact with it to collect a weapon and a flash drive.

Journalist Stash Location #13

For the final journalist stash, travel to the southeast ofSwamp region, where you'll find some destroyed wooden cabins.

The stash is located near some beds. Interact with the blue box to obtain the Wonderer Suit.
